Customers want a faster way to view their monthly utility bills, monitor usage, and easily contact Thigbe support. In addition, Thigbe is looking to expand their customer base by offering a smarter way to split utility bills between roommates.

Based on our initial conversations with Thigbe, we knew the core functionality of the app was going to revolve around existing customers managing their account. Now, we understand that there are a few things in the world that are more interesting than utility invoice data – so we decided to bring it to life with purposeful animations and friendly color schemes.
Part of running a top-notch service provider company is keeping an ongoing dialogue between client and customer. The Thigbe app is meticulously designed so that customer support is just a click away at all times. Likewise, Thigbe can send push notifications to the user to alert them of important updates to their account.
Thigbe wanted to expand their service and accommodate college students who lived with roommates. So –we added SMS text invites to make it really easy to add roommates to your account with one click. The more the merrier!
Thigbe gives one-third of our small fee directly to whichever partner charity you choose from the list below when you sign up. So far that’s added up to several thousand dollars, and as Thigbe grows so does the amount given to charities that are impacting lives. You can track it right in the app!
